Aerobics/Strength Training for Seniors

Instructor Helen Clark Ziangas has worked with Jersey City Seniors for many years.
The class begins with an aerobic dance section for cardiovascular health, and then we have a seated strengthening section (with hand weights) ending with balance and stretching.

JC Division of Community Health and Wellness with the partnership of Alliance is having health screenings such as blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol as well as Covid-19 Testing/Vaccines/Boosters and Flu shots. There will also be helpful health related information!
