Veterans, family, & friends! We are having our 1st Warrior Wellness Workshop on June 26 through zoom. This event will focus on PTSD and TBI management strategies through the lens of Yoga, Tai Chi, Nutrition, and Acupuncture. We will also have special guest speaker, Neuro-Psychologist, Dr. Diane Carbone, who specializes in helping veterans with PTSD and Traumatic Brain Injury.
