Wellness Wednesdays
Join Healthy Greens JC for our informative “Wellness Wednesdays” series from 2pm to 3pm, Wednesday, March 15th in Betty Morris Community Room. You'll learn some new healthy recipes, tips on how to shop for healthy foods on a budget, meditation and yoga, and how eating correctly can delay or prevent chronic diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease.” And to top it all off, you’ll leave with a free container of healthy greens!
