The Jersey City Division of Immigrant Affairs is proud to invite community groups and service-providers who work with immigrants to the 2019 Jersey City Immigrant Affairs Symposium. This will be an opportunity to celebrate the service-providers, advocates, and stakeholders who are working with and for Jersey City's amazing immigrant communities.

Classes combine rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching. Dance classes consist of very simple routines and include a 10-minute section of working all body parts, with the goal of improving all elements of fitness. Classes are Free for Hudson County senior citizens.

Please join others and share your issues, experiences, struggles and thoughts on cancer. This safe, comforting environment will offer education, support, and coping skills to women at all stages of cancer. This support group empowers women and echoes the message “You Are Not Alone.” Light Refreshments will be served.
