The Department of Health and Human Services are collaborating with local agencies, Alliance and Jersey City Medical Center for a resource fair. There will be literature on chronic diseases, health screenings, onsite Covid-19 testing, Covid-19 boosters and HIV/STD testing.

Wellness Yoga allows us to Stretch, Strengthen and Balance the entire body. Carol’s specialized class provides maximum Yoga benefits minimum risk to knees, joints, back and neck. Each class ends with a guided visualization/meditation with shoulder massage. (English & Spanish)
