At 11am every Wednesday, in the Curries Woods Community Center, you'll learn new healthy recipes, tips on how to shop for healthy foods on a budget, meditation and yoga, and how eating correctly can delay or prevent chronic diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease.” And to top it all off, you’ll leave with a free box of healthy greens!
