Classes combine rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching. Dance classes consist of very simple routines and include a 10-minute section of working all body parts, with the goal of improving all elements of fitness. Classes are Free for Hudson County senior citizens.

The American Heart Association's Family & Friends CPR Course is a video-based, classroom course intended for those who want to learn CPR and do not need a course completion card. Ideal for community groups, family members, caregivers, schools and students, and others.

In Community is a 9-week peer support program meeting once weekly that provides support within the community for children 6-18 years old who have lost someone important in their life. Volunteers will create a safe space for families to feel comfortable expressing their feelings of loss and not feel alone.
