This great water exercise will help you Improve your health without putting added stress or strain on the body, while socializing and having fun with other seniors. Do not know how to swim? Do not worry! Beginners are welcome, and will be introduce the basic skills of swimming and to feel comfortable in the water. Classes are supervised by the Aquatics/life guard.

This is a full body workout. Classes are perfect for active older adults in which you will get strength training, balance and stretching. Improve your health while socializing with other seniors! Classes are flexible and are done seated and standing. Hudson County senior citizens, 60 years old and up are welcome!
