On Friday, August 16 at 12 PM Jersey City's Division of Community Health and Wellness is having its Third Annual Fall for Health Community Wellness Fair. The fair will take place in the City Hall Annex Plaza (in the Extra Supermarket parking lot). There will be free health screenings for all, school vaccinations, mental health services, giveaways for the entire family, and so much more!
