This free program will provide the community with a place of peace that you can come to and de-stress for 20 minutes at a time. some weeks material will be provided to write poetry or paint to further decompress through art. In this country stress is the largest health issue, we invite everyone to come and heal as a community.

This program is intended to assist and guide caregivers through the process of considering residential care placement for a loved one with dementia and to help caregivers make an informed decision.
