This is a 3 part educational event organized in collaboration with Plant Powered Metro New York (ppmny.org) as a provider of the educational content. A PCRM.org certified culinary instructor will teach how to cook Whole Food Plant Based recipes for the best management of cardiovascular health. The program is scheduled as follows.
