Instructor Carol Lester teaches Senior & Cardiac Yoga (with Chair and Wall assisted Postures). Wellness Yoga allows us to Stretch, Strengthen and Balance the entire body. Carol’s specialized class provides maximum Yoga benefits minimum risk to knees, joints, back and neck. Each class ends with a guided visualization/meditation with shoulder massage. Aerobics/Strength Training for Seniors

Instructor Helen Clark Ziangas has worked with Jersey City Seniors for many years. The class begins with an aerobic dance section for cardiovascular health, and then we have a seated strengthening section (with hand weights) ending with balance and stretching.
