Instructor Carol Lester teaches Senior & Cardiac Yoga (with Chair and Wall assisted Postures). Wellness Yoga allows us to Stretch, Strengthen and Balance the entire body. Carol’s specialized class provides maximum Yoga benefits minimum risk to knees, joints, back and neck. Each class ends with a guided visualization/meditation with shoulder massage.
