Each session is thoughtfully designed to empower your body and mind, helping you achieve strength, flexibility, and inner peace with 45 minutes of yoga poses to enhance strength and flexibility, 10 minutes of Yoga Nidra, a guided relaxation practice for deep rejuvenation and 5 minutes of Healing with Light Language to promote harmony. JC Division of Community Health and Wellness with the partnership of Jersey City Medical Center is having health screenings such as blood pressure and glucose as well as helpful health related information. This will only be provided to the resident of Joseph Connors Senior Center.
