Join Healthy Greens JC for our informative "Wellness Wednesday" series. At 11am every Wednesday in Curries Woods Senior TV Room, you'll learn new healthy recipes, tips on how to shop for healthy foods on a budget, meditation and yoga, and how eating correctly can delay or prevent chronic diseases like, high blood pressure and diabetes. And to top all off you'll leave with a free box of healthy greens!!
