The Cancer Patient Support Group provides a confidential and safe place for people who are living with a cancer diagnosis to connect with each other for shared support, understanding and resources. The group will be facilitated by and oncology nurse navigator. Light refreshments will be provided.

Classes are easy to follow that focuses on balance, range of motion, and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empower and feeling strong.
This great water exercise will help you Improve your health without putting added stress or strain on the body, while socializing and having fun with other seniors. Do not know how to swim? Do not worry! Beginners are welcome, and will be introduce the basic skills of swimming and to feel comfortable in the water. Classes are supervised by the Aquatics/life guard.
Know Your Rights Seminar: Immigration & Public Benefits
Attorneys from Northeast New Jersey Legal Services will describe public benefits, immigration, and how recent rule changes might affect immigrants. All are welcome to ask general questions. Legal advice specific to individual situations and/or cases will not be provided. Coffee and Snacks will be served.
Senior Fitness classes are a full body workout, perfect for active older adults in which you will get strength training, balance and stretching. Classes are done seated and standing. Classes are FREE of charge for all Hudson County senior residents, 60 years old and up. Classes begin at 10:15 am sharp and last 60 minutes.
