Topics: - Third Trimester Changes, Signs and Symptoms of Labor - Labor & Delivery "What to Expect" - Pain Management - A Tour of Labor & Delivery / Postpartum Although light refreshments will be served, please be sure to eat prior to coming to class. JCMC Maternal Child Health Tours

Registration required. At day of tour, let front desk representative at main lobby know that you are there for the tour. Every 1st & 3rd Thursday of month at 7pm, and 2nd & 4th Saturday of month at 12pm.

Jersey City Medical Center -MLK, Jr. Day Program

- Monday, January 20th, watch the "I Have A Dream" speech at home of in the JCMC cafeteria at multiple times (7:30am, noon, and 4:00pm). - Participate in the MLK Day trivia in the weekly newsletter and weekly global. ***Local gospel choir, readings, and refreshments. - Participate in one of the Jersey Cares day of service projects - Volunteer in your community - Do a random act go kindness - Use the #WeAreJCMC hashtag when positing your volunteer activities on social media
