The Jersey City Pride Festival celebrates the diversity of the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender communities and allies of Hudson County and the New York City metropolitan area. The events of Pride season exemplify the strength and growth of our LGBT & allied communities.
Join us for child car seat inspections at the Hudson County Car Seat Inspection Station, Jersey City Medical Center EMS Building, 415 Montgomery Street, Jersey City. Inspections are conducted by certified child passenger Safety Technicians. Funded by the New Jersey Division of Highway Traffic Safety.
The Community Diabetes support group at Jersey City Medical Center is held for those who are living with diabetes or caring for a loved one with diabetes. Using the Conversation Map® tool developed by the American Diabetes Association Open to ALL Community Members
Monthly Support group designed for those families being affected by Asthma. The group is hosted by our Asthma Educators and is open to children and adults in the community. Blood pressures, and education offered. Bilingual Educators- English & Spanish Open to ALL Community Members
6 Block Long Street Festival Celebrating it's 5th Year of providing the community and city with a family friendly event. Live music, Kids Area, Artists and Vendors.
A support group to help empower patients with the knowledge and information on the medications they are taking for multiple chronic conditions. Learn from medical experts about the safety and side effects presented by certain medications.
