Food Handler’s Course

All JC Food Handlers whose place of business is a Risk Category 1 or 2 as defined in NJAC 8:24 - 1.5.

These establishments must have a Certified Food Handler present during all hours of operation as per JCMC 175-24.

Prenatal Child Birth Classes At Jersey City Medical Center

Topics:
- Third Trimester Changes, Signs and Symptoms of Labor
- Labor & Delivery "What to Expect"
- Pain Management
- A Tour of Labor & Delivery/ Postpartum

Although light refreshments will be served, please be sure to eat prior to coming to class.
Fee: $125.00 CASH or CHECK/ per couple

Registration Forms/ payments MUST be received 2 weeks prior to the 1st class date.

Jersey City Medical Center Maternal Child Health Tours

Tours are given:

-Every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month 12-1pm. (except major holidays)
-Every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month 7-8pm. (except major holidays)

**Registration for all guests is required for the tour.
**Please note MCH tours are for the expectant couples only. No children or additional guests will be allowed on the tour.
