Wellness Wednesdays
Join Healthy Greens JC for our informative “Wellness Wednesdays” series. At 11am every Wednesday, in the Curries Woods Community Center, you'll learn new healthy recipes, tips on how to shop for healthy foods on a budget, meditation and yoga, and how eating correctly can delay or prevent chronic diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease.” And to top it all off, you’ll leave with a free box of healthy greens!
