Jump4Jerry's Summer Double Dutch Camp, running from July 1 to August 23 at the Jersey City Bethune Center, offers team-building activities, conflict resolution workshops, and competitive double dutch training. Our program promotes a healthy lifestyle, improves fitness, enhances coordination, and builds social skills. This free program will provide the community with a place of peace that you can come to and de-stress for 20 minutes at a time. some weeks material will be provided to write poetry or paint to further decompress through art. In this country stress is the largest health issue, we invite everyone to come and heal as a community.
