Join Healthy Greens JC for our informative “Wellness Wednesdays” series. At 2pm every Wednesday, in the Marion Garden’s Community Center, you'll learn new healthy recipes, tips on how to shop for healthy foods on a budget, meditation and yoga, and how eating correctly can delay or prevent chronic diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease.” And to top it all off, you’ll leave with a free box of healthy greens!
This Community Health Fair is a collaborative event hosted by Christ The King (CTK)/Our Lady Sorrows (OLS) Parishes & Greenville Community Partnership (GCP) There will be health education information, preventive health screenings, raising awareness of health risks, encouraging & demonstrating healthy habits, and promoting community resources.
