The Department of Health and Human Services are collaborating with local agencies, Alliance and Jersey City Medical Center for a resource fair. There will be literature on chronic diseases, health screenings, onsite Covid-19 testing, Covid-19 boosters as well as HIV/STD testing. There will also be a End of Life Document Workshop and Assistance (ie: executer of estates, wills, etc) & Senior Financial Budgeting.
This event will be held at Lincoln Park! There will be food, ice cream, basic health screenings, dental screenings, music and a scavenger hunt for a cash prize!

At 11 am every Wednesday, in the Curries Woods Community Center, you'll learn new and healthy recipes, tips on how to shop for healthy foods on a budget, meditation and yoga, and how eating correctly can delay or prevent chronic diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease.” And to top it all off, you’ll even get a free box of salad greens grown on the vertical farm right at Curries Woods!
