Come visit the garden during our weekend open hours! Young children can play in our kids' garden and mud kitchen. Check out our food share beds, honeybee hives, medicinal and native plants, and bring over your food waste to compost. Specific events will be posted here and on our social media sites. The garden is open from 10 am - 3 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
The session kicked off with a 45-minute lesson on the basics of photography, how to work a professional camera, and the elements of photography as an art form. The group was provided with cameras and walked to Lincoln Park to photograph, learning to view their environment through a new perspective, encouraging artistic expression, fostering creativity, and socializing with peers.
