The Work to Build a Culture of Health Continues…
HealthierJC and our partners remain committed to working together to address community health challenges and priorities throughout Jersey City. Since the pandemic, Healthier JC and the Jersey City Department of Health & Human Services have awarded more than $1,500,000 in mini-grants to fund local initiatives that help build a more robust and sustainable Culture of Health. These Blog posts will profile mini-grant winners and how the funding was used to benefit fellow Jersey City residents.
