Public Notice Announcement
As part of its citizen participation process, the Division of Community Development is hosting two public hearings for members of the public to present their views on priorities and strategies for the 2019–2020 Annual Action Plan. The City seeks public input in order to better identify needs relevant to low- and moderate-income residents. The following grants will be discussed at the hearings:
• Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
• Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG)
• HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME)
• Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA)
The first public hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 30, 2018, at 4 p.m. at St. Peter’s University, in the Duncan Family Sky Room, 47 Glenwood Avenue, Jersey City, NJ 07306 (after the technical assistance session for applicants).
The second public hearing will be held on Wednesday, November 14, 2018, at 6 p.m. at the Mary McLeod Bethune Life Center, 140 Martin Luther King Drive, Jersey City, NJ 07305.
