What services do we provide?

Rescuing Leftover Cuisine ("RLC") is a 501(c)(3) non-profit food-recovery organization that strives to eliminate food waste and food insecurity. Headquartered in NYC, the organization currently has several branches nationwide. The New Jersey branch is one of the youngest branches and was launched in March 2020.

RLC New Jersey partners with vendors who want to donate their perfectly good leftovers or inventory. Volunteers then pick up and deliver the donations to social service agencies.
