What services do we provide?

We provide one on one counseling for patients with diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol and asthma. The consultations include a review of the disease itself, review of medications the patient is on including improving adherance and proper use. Additionally diet is reviewed in order to help improve healthy outcomes. These types of interventions have been shown to improve health and reduce complications.

What does building a Culture of Health mean to Legendary Care Consulting LLC as an organization?

Health and medication literacy is lacking in many areas of the country, and Jersey City can also greatly benefit. It is our forte to build long lasting relationships with our patients and collaborate with physicians and other health care providers in order to achieve healthy outcomes. Our interventions have shown to help patients in other cities in New Jersey, and I would love to provide the same service to Jersey City employees and residents.
