Better Tomorrows is having an Annual Health Fair consisting of free Blood Pressure checks, COVID-19 Testing, HIV & STD Testing, Nutrition Information, Health Screenings, Community Resources, Raffles & Giveaways, Food & Music and much more!
The Division of Community Health & Wellness has partnered with Alliance to bring free health screenings such as glucose, blood pressure, and cholesterol. There will also be an educational workshop on nutrition.
The Department of Health and Human Services are collaborating with local agencies, Alliance and Jersey City Medical Center for a resource fair. There will be health screenings, onsite Covid-19 testing, Covid-19 boosters as well as HIV/STD testing and counseling. There will also be a distribution of give-aways.
