A Man’s Moment

A Man’s Moment is an informal walk-in community-led peer support group that promotes exposure and connectivity through shared experiences. Facilitator (s) identify as Male and share their experience (s) by engaging in 1-hour conversations on a variety of topics guided by the facilitator (s). Participants are encouraged to assist in leading discussions on subjects related to their overall well-being. A Man’s Moment has an evolving curriculum.

C.A.M.P. ME

C.A.M.P. ME enrolled campers in a five-week summer camp. During this camp, youth engaged in activities designed to enhance their emotional intelligence and coping skills. Through guided workshops facilitated by experts in various fields such as art, public speaking, hiking, and agriculture, campers learned to identify their feelings, develop effective coping strategies, and utilize their environment as a means to manage their emotions.

J4J Double Dutch Camp

Jump4Jerry's Summer Double Dutch Camp, running from July 1 to August 23 at the Jersey City Bethune Center, offers team-building activities, conflict resolution workshops, and competitive double dutch training. Our program promotes a healthy lifestyle, improves fitness, enhances coordination, and builds social skills. Serving all youth from Jersey City, we provide a safe, supportive environment for growth and development. Join us for a summer of fun, learning, and personal growth!

Mindfulness in Green Spaces

This free program will provide the community with a place of peace that you can come to and de-stress for 20 minutes at a time. some weeks material will be provided to write poetry or paint to further decompress through art. In this country stress is the largest health issue, we invite everyone to come and heal as a community.
