Riverview Community Garden – Open Hours
Come visit the garden during our weekend open hours! Young children can play in our kids' garden and mud kitchen. Check out our food share beds, honeybee hives, medicinal and native plants, and bring over your food waste to compost. Specific events will be posted here and on our social media sites. The garden is open from 10 am - 3 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
C.A.M.P. ME
C.A.M.P. ME enrolled campers in a five-week summer camp. During this camp, youth engaged in activities designed to enhance their emotional intelligence and coping skills. Through guided workshops facilitated by experts in various fields such as art, public speaking, hiking, and agriculture, campers learned to identify their feelings, develop effective coping strategies, and utilize their environment as a means to manage their emotions.

Moth Observation in Pershing Field Park
Registration required: https://bit.ly/PFGF-Moth-event DATE CHANGE - Due to weather forecast for Fri, 8/9 this event was moved to Sat. 8/10. Check-in starts at 8:30 PM. PFGF will set up lights and provide attendees the tools to put out bait to attract moths. Observation begins around 9:15 PM as it gets dark. The event ends at 10:00 PM. Children must be accompanied by an adult. This is a free event.
