Jersey City's Division of Community Health and Wellness with the collaboration of Hudson County Community College is having an Addiction Recovery Workshop/Resource Fair. There will also be other agencies attending. This workshop/fair will only be for the students of Hudson County Community College.

Every Wednesday from 11 AM to Noon we distribute FREE fresh salad greens grown at our Curries Woods public housing community vertical farm. On set weeks, normally the 3rd week of every month, we also provide nutrition workshops by SNAP educators. From time to time we host other conversations about sleep, exercise, chronic disease management, or cooking demonstrations. See the attached flyer for this months details.

JC Division of Community Health and Wellness is having a Stress-Free Workshop! There will also be health screenings such as blood pressure, glucose, and cholesterol. Please come visit!
