Aerobics/Strength Training for Seniors

Instructor Helen Clark Ziangas has worked with Jersey City Seniors for many years.
The class begins with an aerobic dance section for cardiovascular health, and then we have a seated strengthening section (with hand weights) ending with balance and stretching.
