Brief Description:

This 3-day Health, Wellness and Empowerment event will take place 9/16/2023, 9/23/2023 and 9/30/2023. The event will focus on healing the spirit, soul and body of those who may have experienced trauma. The Event will include empowerment workshops, massage therapy, exercise/fitness specialist and motivational speakers. This event will also include, a lite breakfast, lunch, and surprise give aways.
