Brief Description:

On this hike, youth who participate will be able to engage with nature in a meaningful way, learning to practice mindfulness skills that can support them with tackling life’s challenges. Youth will engage in team building, reflection, and mindfulness activities, promoting youth’s mental resilience and health.
