Building a culture of health in Jersey City means fostering an environment where everyone, especially underserved communities, has access to the resources and support they need to lead healthy, fulfilling lives. For my organization, it involves addressing both physical and mental health by promoting preventive care, providing mentorship, and offering educational programs that teach life skills and healthy decision-making. It also means , supporting trauma recovering and creating safe spaces.
