Ocean Avenue Baptist Church exists to give the people of Jersey City the best opportunity to become followers of Jesus Christ. We strive to accomplish this by treating people with respect and hospitality, connecting them in healthy relationships with other Christians, imparting the gospel to them clearly, and praying for their salvation and spiritual growth.
