Whether you are an experienced meditator or just curious, we offer: • "Introduction to Insight Meditation" Meet-ups Tuesdays 7-8PM @ Galeria Cafe (110 Hutton St.). We teach meditation techniques, 1-2 guided meditations, and encourage group discussions. • "40 Minute Silent Sit" Wednesdays 6-7PM @ Sw3at Yoga Studio (317 Central Ave, 2nd Fl., entrance on Griffith St. (side street). This is NOT guided meditation. Yoga mats, blankets, chairs are provided, but feel free to bring a cushion.
