About the partner

The Office of the Municipal Prosecutor prosecutes all criminal offenses (including misdemeanors, referred to as “disorderly person offenses” under New Jersey law, and indictable crimes downgraded by the County Prosecutor), traffic violations (including driving while intoxicated), and quality of life ordinances (including summonses and complaints written by over ten state, county, and city law and code enforcement agencies) that occur in the city of Jersey City.
