Integrated Case Management Services - The purpose of ICMS is to maintain adults with serious and persistent mental illness in the community, to promote and assist in their recovery from mental illness and development and maintenance of wellness planning. Community Support Services - A 111 person Program, designed to assist individuals who have reached the maximum benefit of living in a group home or hospital setting and are ready to manage their own living arrangement.
