What services do we provide?

The Community Diabetes Support Group at Jersey City Medical Center is held for those who are living with diabetes or caring for a loved one with diabetes. Using the Conversation Map® tool developed by the American Diabetes Association, you will interact and discuss ways to manage diabetes, eat healthy, check your blood glucose, and more. Guided by a certified facilitator, you can share your experiences and thoughts about diabetes freely and discover ways to make positive lifestyle changes.
