What services do we provide?
The clinic offers immunizations and TB testing to qualifying residents of Jersey City from ages 5 to 18 years old. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
The clinic also provides STD testing, diagnoses, treatment, education, and referrals for all Jersey City residents 13 and up. HIV screening is also available.
All services are provided at no cost. Please call 201-547-5535 for documentation requirements and immunization appointments, STD/HIV services are walk-in only.
