HOPES CAP, Inc. is comprised of various departments that provide various programs. Community Programs serves as a benefit enrollment center, focused on connecting individuals and families with the necessary resources and benefits. Along with benefit enrollment, we offer assisted transportation, and participate in different forms of community outreach.
