What services do we provide?

Garden State Community Development Corporation (GSCDC) provides comprehensive services to homeless individuals and families in Hudson County. Services include street outreach to unsheltered homeless persons, Case Management Services through our Coordinated Entry Program, 2 Drop-in Centers, Rapid Re-Housing assistance and multiple Permanent Supportive Housing Programs for homeless persons with special needs.
