About the partner

Friends of LCCS is the non profit that supports the Learning Community Charter School. We are a public charter school, founded by parents and educators in 1997 - one of the first in the state. We have 635 students in grades PreK-8th.

Perspective on Health Equity

LCCS is dedicated not only to the academic advancement of Jersey City students, but also to their social-emotional and physical health. We are excited to be part of a wider Jersey City community that views health in a holistic fashion.
