Building a Culture of Health in Jersey City means make a stronger community and stray and feral cats become less of a nuisance and more healthy, controlled community for the cats in the Lincoln Park (Jersey City) area. If true need arises, help may now be available for the fostering and finding good homes and assistance to needy creatures. May coordinate Doctor visits, spay/neuter, vaccination, other veterinary services or consultants as funding is available.
