Casita Verde Homes extends its mission by offering Nutrition/Health and Wellness Education to our clients via free English as a Second Language (ESL) classes and Health Education workshops.

Jersey City is the most diverse city in the USA, and our community (regardless of any language barrier) deserves access to resources that will keep them healthy and continually thriving.

What does building a Culture of Health mean to Casita Verde Homes as an organization?

It means everything to us, particularly for communities that sometimes lack access because of lack of English language skills or other factors. Without access to community resources like those provided by JCHealthier, many of us in Jersey City would not be able to live here and thrive here. It is critical to create a culture of health and wellness not only for our clients, but our staff as well.
