Bellamy Kitchen is the first rental commercial kitchen facility in Hudson County, NJ. We provide small food businesses with the support needed to succeed in the bustling food industry in NJ. Our advice and educational programing is free for all monthly members.
Perspective on Health Equity
Health applies to all aspects of our lives, often beginning in the structures we call home, work, and school. As a WELL AP I design homes and workplaces to incorporate the essential features of the WELL Building Standard. As the owner of Bellamy Kitchen, I connect small food businesses with local farmers, distributors, and markets. Local produce and meat is healthier for our bodies, environment, and local economy.
