SALT Foundation works with supermarkets, farms and other retailers to serve and help the community to build a Culture of Health in Jersey City by helping to foster good health and well-being across geographic, demographic, and social sectors and by fostering healthy communities where everyone has the opportunity to make choices that lead to healthy lifestyles.
