What does building a Culture of Health mean to Sylwia Kielbowicz as an organization?

When I moved to Jersey City I was in shock to see how many homeless cats were here. I love animals and felt so sorry for them. I sacrificed many things for cats, time and money . I went through many heart breaking moments seeing dead cats laying on the street, sick and injured cats or missing cats in my colony.
